Duplicate Charges
You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error on our end.
Unauthorized Transaction
A subscription was purchased without your authorization and you report it within 7 days of the transaction.
Service Unavailability
The Service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your active subscription period.
Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to cancel before the auto-renewal date.
Not finding a suitable match on the platform.
Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service.
Partial use of the subscription period.
Requests submitted after the eligible refund window.
