By accessing or using Vynk Dating (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

• You do not have more than one account on Vynk Dating.
• You have not previously been removed from the Service by Vynk Dating.

To use certain features of Vynk Dating, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Vynk Dating:

• Posting fake, misleading, or fraudulent information on your profile.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• Soliciting money or financial information from other users.
• Using the Service for any commercial or advertising purpose without prior written consent.
• Posting or transmitting any obscene, offensive, or illegal content.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Collecting or harvesting personally identifiable information from other users.
• Using automated scripts to collect information or interact with the Service.
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

Vynk Dating offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes associated with your chosen plan.

Vynk Dating may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Vynk Dating does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Vynk Dating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
